The hit Korean MMORPG The Exiled Realm of Arborea or "TERA" is officially in open beta to pre-purchasers in North America on Thursday, April 19th and on April 20th the servers will be open to the public. Beginning at 12:00pm PDT (GMT -8:00) for each respective day, adventurers will be able to experience the world of Arborea until the servers are taken down on April 23rd to be prepared for official launch (Head Start event/Official Launch). The game prides itself on new and innovative systems that blow predecessors out of the water. The main features are the free-flowing combat system which allows players to actively dodge and aim skills/attacks, huge dungeon bosses, amazing looking gear, intuitive questing system, and they’ve also shattered preconceived notions about the necessity to group with other players. The first sixty levels are based around learning how to play the game and basic functions of your character, but end game content changes drastically. Players will have to fight more challenging bosses, be confronted with bigger dungeons, and participate in guild versus guild combat. This is where our community comes into play. Teh Gamer will be creating a guild which will be strongly focused in PvE and guild world-PvP. This website is considered an open-base community; therefore anybody who identifies with us and would like to grow with our community is welcome to join. The guild will be moderated by officers, it will be ran nothing like a “zerg” guild, yet have a large player base for those interested in forging connections and grouping. We have a Teamspeak server for the guild, to use as voice communication. Most importantly, even though Teh Gamer is a semi-public entity, we are founded by laid back but competitive individuals. All skill levels are welcome, although, top performers will take precedence when organized raiding (20+ people) is introduced. We will also be creating a solid and successful Diablo 3 guild with our foots in many aspects of the game such as economy pimping, instance slaughtering and competitive PvP.
